FOR PRE-ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS (OR SOONER) FOR PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING AFTER PRE-ORDERS CLOSE. CUSTOMERS WILL BE INFORMED AND UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS.

Be sure to include your full name and order number - packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Online purchases made through animavisum.com are valid for STORE CREDIT only. Store credit can be used to reorder your correct item/ size IF AVAILABLE. We do not offer refunds unless items are damaged, and any requests for an exception will be denied - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items to be exchanged must be returned unwashed, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

The shipping costs for any returned item(s) are not covered by us

Please ship return items with full tracking and insurance. If a package does not reach us safely, we cannot issue any exchange or store credit.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.
